💤 NHPASS Presents: Dr. Jarrod Spencer

As a follow-up to our recent assembly, Dr. Jarrod Spencer tackled real questions from students, breaking down how better sleep leads to better outcomes both in and out of the classroom.

Sleep isn’t just rest—it’s the foundation of performance, focus, and well-being. From routines to habits, the takeaway was clear: prioritize sleep to unlock your full potential 🌙✨

Last week, we welcomed three Northern Highlands Class of 2018 alumni back to speak with juniors and seniors in our business department. They shared their journeys through college and into their careers, offering advice on choosing a major, getting involved early, building networks, and developing the soft skills needed for interviews and beyond.

Their insight was both inspiring and incredibly helpful as our students begin thinking about what comes next. We are grateful for their time and willingness to give back.
