I hope this letter finds you well as we approach our holiday break. As part of our continued commitment to maintaining a safe and productive learning environment, we encourage our seniors to remain on campus during the 90-minute lunch period to take advantage of the activities and events that have been coordinated by our Student Council. However, we understand that some students may choose to leave campus during this time. In such cases, it is important that students have prior authorization.
That said, parents/guardians must enter the early dismissal request via Genesis Parent Portal in order to obtain an early dismissal pass from the attendance office. This process ensures that we are aware of each student’s whereabouts during school hours and can maintain accountability for their safety.
Please note that students who leave campus without an early dismissal pass are in violation of our Code of Conduct. Such violations will result in disciplinary consequences, as outlined in our Student/Parent Handbook.
