Computers for the 2022-23 school year are ready to be issued. Please review the information below, complete all necessary forms in Genesis, and submit payments via http://www.payschoolscentral.
Note: All items below can be accessed by going to the District's website -http://www.northernhighlands.
Prior to picking up your computer, students and parents should complete the items below.
A. User Agreement Form - ALL Parents/Students
Each student needs to log into Genesis with his/her student account and complete the User Agreement Form located in the Forms tab. The Technology Department will send a separate email to each freshman parent including student login and password information to access Genesis.
Each parent/guardian needs to log into Genesis with the parent/guardian account and complete the User Agreement Form located in the Forms tab.
B. Mandatory Computer Use Fee
Students will be required to pay a mandatory computer user fee of $110. The fee covers the computer, keyboard, stylus, and charger against malfunctions, accidental damage, and theft of the computer. The fee DOES NOT cover vandalism or intentional damage to any of the components, damage to the computer if the case is removed, loss of the stylus, loss of the charger, or loss of the keyboard.
Students/parents/guardians will be charged an additional fee for any of the above. Please note that the cost to the district for Accidental Damage and Protection (ADP) warranty has increased, which resulted in the increase of the mandatory computer user fee.

(NOTE: Checks are no longer accepted. PAYSCHOOL ACCOUNTS WILL NEED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH NORTHERN HIGHLANDS ONLY TO SEE APPROPRIATE FEES. NEW ACCOUNTS CAN BE CREATED ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THE NHRHS WEBSITE.)

D. Issuing of Devices for the 2022-2023 School Year
Please plan accordingly, as we will be available for device pickup only during this time window. Please enter the building from the front entrance and proceed to the rear of the main lobby. We will provide space for check in at that location.
