Class of 1995: Dan Pashman has a very successful food podcast, The Sporkful, is a James Beard award winner, had a successful Cooking Channel video series, and most recently, is the inventor of a new pasta shape - Cascatelli!

Dan's new pasta shape went viral earlier this year.  He was on CBS Saturday Morning, listed in the NY Times, and Cascatelli was just listed as one of Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2021!
