Rehearsal Information

 

 

GRADUATION REHEARSAL is on Monday, June 23, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. 

 

We hope you are looking forward to our graduation ceremony on Tuesday, June 24.

As a follow up to my May 22 correspondence, you are reminded that seniors will have graduation practice on Monday, June 23 at 12:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Caps and gowns will be handed out in the cafeteria following rehearsal. As indicated in the letter sent home on May 22, we are no longer issuing paper tickets. Tickets will be acquired electronically by seniors at graduation practice on June 23. Please be sure to ask your senior to forward the email that was received at graduation practice to you. For an outdoor ceremony, each family will receive seven tickets, which will allow entrance to the main bleachers. Once the main bleachers are at capacity, then families and guests will be directed to the visitor bleachers. Please understand that there will be no additional tickets issued. For an indoor ceremony, graduates will receive two tickets for admittance to the gymnasium and two tickets for the auditorium. Guests in the auditorium will view a livestream of the graduation ceremony.

Please know that there will be a headline on the homepage of our website that will provide the graduation updates  beginning at 12:00 p.m. on graduation day. There will be no other phone calls home so we ask all parents and seniors to access this information from the website.

Remember that parking on campus is limited so we encourage you to carpool. You can park on either side of the school using East Elbrook Drive or West Maple Avenue or you may park in front of the school on Forest Avenue. The rear entrance to the school will be closed to all cars but you may walk to the field. Please do not park anywhere in the front circle or in any of the fire lanes, which are clearly marked in yellow. If the parking lots are full, you may park at Hillside School or Brookside School. There will be a shuttle service from Hillside and Brookside every 15 minutes beginning at 4:45 p.m. Stadium gates will open at 5:00 p.m.

There will be an opportunity for graduates and their families to have photos taken on Tuesday, June 24 at 4:00 p.m. by Highpoint Pictures (please see attached flyer.) Parents will be able to view and order any photos or digital files starting two weeks after graduation. 

Lastly, we will be livestreaming our graduation ceremony. If we do decide to move the ceremony indoors, your family may want to consider having auditorium ticket holders watch the ceremony from the comforts of their own homes and avoid coming to school. Regardless, please direct anyone who would like to view the ceremony remotely to visit our website in order to access the livestream.

Streaming information will be posted on the day of graduation as a headline on our website. We lookforward to seeing you at 6:30 p.m. for a beautiful outdoor graduation ceremony.
