Northern Highlands has selected TCCi Family Connection by Naviance, a state-of-the-art program that enables our counseling office to offer a comprehensive website that parents and students can use to make decisions about colleges and careers. It will also allow counselors to track and analyze data about their counselees’ college and career plans as well as access important up-to-date information that is specific to our school.

TCCi Family Connection provides the following features:

• Keep track of the process – Build a resume, complete on-line surveys, and manage timelines and deadlines for making decisions about colleges and careers
• Research colleges – Conduct a college search choosing from a variety of criteria, i.e., majors, enrollment, selectivity, extra-curricular activities.
• Historical data – Compare GPA, SAT scores, and other statistics to actual historical data from our school as regards students who have applied and been admitted in the past.
• Sign up for college visits – Find out which colleges are visiting our school and sign up to attend those sessions

TCCi Family Connection also lets us share information with parents and students about up-coming meetings and events, local scholarship opportunities, and other Web resources for college and career information.

Each student has his/her own access code. Parents may either log on by using their child’s access code for personalized information or use the guest pass on the website for general information.
